House cleaning Franchisee of the year nominee (2018) is looking for an energetic, self-motivated Assistant Manager to grow and develop our business and take it to the next level. Your primary responsibilities would include the following: working out in the field with our employees to improve and motivate them, resulting in better employee retention as well as customer retention; quality control inspections; employee on-boarding and training; day management; meeting with customers face to face in the field to address issues; customer service phone calls. You will be tasked with doing whatever it takes to make sure we can get through each and every day.
You will also be cross trained in virtually all aspects of the business, including interviewing, in-home estimates, scheduling, employee discipline and advanced customer retention techniques.
Our ideal candidate would not look at their work as a task-based function. They would be goal based and results oriented. You will need to analyze key performance metrics and make decisions based on those results to drive the company forward. Our office hours are typically from 7AM to 5:30 PM. Your schedule would likely begin at 8:30 AM and end around 5:30 PM, but that is dependent on teams completing their days. You need to be flexible on a daily basis. Our business runs Monday-Friday, so generally no nights or weekends. In the event of inclement weather or times of short staffing (for example), you may be required to work a weekend day as needed.

The ability to problem solve and analyze data - be a critical thinker
Previous management experience in a metrics focused environment, a college degree, or both
Basic computer skills (such as MS Word and Excel) is a plus
Valid driver's license with car insurance and a strong driving record
Bilingual (Spanish) would be beneficial, but not required
